Musicians bring the fight against corruption to Panama

The impact of corruption on our communities cannot be fully conveyed in numbers or reports. To understand how it affects the lives of people, we must listen to their voices.

JM International and Transparency International proudly announce the relaunch of FAIR PLAY Anti-Corruption Youth Voices, in conjunction with the 17th International Anti-Corruption Conference (IACC) in Panama, which is to be held from the 1st to the 4th of December 2016.

FAIR PLAY Anti-Corruption Youth Voices is a global competition for original songs by young bands (18-35 years) on the theme of anti-corruption. Through the competition, bands raise awareness within their communities whilst contributing to the global call for accountability

Over the past 5 years FAIR PLAY has fostered an international movement of socially conscious artists and citizens worldwide, highlighting the role of youth and music in combating and preventing corruption.

Artists and bands are invited to submit their videos from 25th September to 25thOctober 2016. Participants who submitted their videos for the 2014 Tunis edition will be automatically taken in consideration for the 2016 competition. The Tunisian edition of FAIR PLAY was postponed due to conflicting dates between the IACC and the Tunisian elections.
