Support My EB1A Petition

I hope this message finds you well. I am writing to kindly request your support in the form of a recommendation letter for my EB1A (Extraordinary Ability) visa petition. My National Interest Waiver (NIW) was approved in 2022, and I am applying for EB1A because my daughter will turn 21 years old in 2026 and needs to be included as a beneficiary.

As part of my application, I am required to provide evidence of my significant contributions and the impact of my work within my field of expertise. Your recommendation would greatly enhance my case by attesting to my achievements and influence.

Your citation of my peer-reviewed article, Case Study on Spatial Mismatch between Multivariate and Student-Teacher Rate in U.S. Public School Districts, in your publication, Analysis of the Implementation of Training and Development Programs for Teachers in the Context of Curriculum Change: Evaluation and Recommendations, has greatly enhanced the recognition and credibility of my work. I believe that your perspective as an expert in the field, along with your firsthand understanding of the impact of my research, would serve as a vital endorsement of my qualifications.

To assist in the drafting process, I am happy to provide additional information about my contributions, accomplishments, and the specific points USCIS considers in their evaluation of EB1A cases. If necessary, I can also share a draft outline or examples of similar recommendation letters for your reference.

I greatly appreciate your consideration of this request and the time and effort it would entail. Your support will play a crucial role in my petition, and I am confident that your recommendation will significantly strengthen my case.

If you are willing and available to assist, please let me know, and I can provide further details at your earliest convenience. Thank you for your time and kind consideration.

Sincerely,

Sincerely,
